Also, a lot of the daily food is provided to you. However, the team at EMP 180 are constantly open to tweaking it to work for me/my life/my family/my challenges. “I love Champion Cryotherapy, specifically, the results I’ve experienced from the treatments which have been much better than I ever expected. I hesitated for a long time to try it because I thought I couldn’t handle the cold, but thankfully I finally decided to give it a try and the experience was no where near as uncomfortable as what I had feared! Shoulder pain that I’d had for several months lessened and then disappeared after just a few visits. I’ve also had recurring ankle issues that have required steroid shots in the past, but during my last episode of ankle pain, I started doing cryotherapy sessions again (after taking a break during the first months of the COVID situation) and after 2 visits my pain was gone. Also, I would be remiss not to mention that the owner, Todd, is very knowledgeable, super-friendly, and open. He will happily answer any questions you may have.”
