“Had.a half day of beauty today and it was superb! They take every measure possible to follow and go above and beyond COVID recommendations. I saw in the bathroom twice while I was there an attendant clean the bathroom and wipe down surfaces. All wear masks and sanitize their work spaces. Now for the real stuff, my massage was the all time best by Christina, she gets a huge 10+ however every service was perfect from the fascial to my manicure and pedicure. These ladies are top notch. I have been coming once or twice per year for over 15 years. They have only gotten better and have really adapted during these changing times. “I am someone who has suffered with headaches my whole life, because of this I have seen a chiropractor monthly for 20+ years to try and help keep them under control. Within the last 6 years the headaches changed into migraines and monthly visits to the chiropractor were no longer helping I was finding myself going at least twice a month sometimes more. I moved to Tulsa and started looking for a chiropractor right away knowing I would need one to keep the migraines under control. I came a crossed Dr. Fields during my search, based on the reviews and his location I decided to give him a try, best decision I ever made. I have been going to him for close to 2 years now, during which I did his rehab program to try and lessen/get rid of my migraines. I can happily say that I have been migraine free for over a year and will only occasionally get a headache that is easily tolerable. I still see Dr. Fields on a monthly base as maintenance, but if I keep progressing the way I am it looks like I can start working on putting more time in between my visits, which has been my goal for the last 5 years. If you are not sure about if he is right for you or not, take it from someone who has seen many chiropractors over the years. He listens and works with you, he takes what you say into consideration and always listens to what you have to say. He doesn’t just adjust you to lessen the pain or get rid of it for a few days. He works with you to make it go away so all you need is maintenance to keep it from coming back. I would highly recommend Dr. Fields and his team.”

I have had terrible lower back pain off/on for years from sitting so often all day for work and she used several techniques no masseuse has ever used that did the trick. I usually go to a chiropractor in my home state but since I'm not there decided to try getting a massage to see if that helped. It's been three weeks since my appt and I haven't been in ANY pain at all. It felt closest to what a "sport massage" would be like and was both relaxing but even more about body work to relieve pain; she also did cupping therapy which I had never had before. 90 min with her was so beyond worth it, just grabbed a gift card for my parents and am going back for 60 min this weekend before heading back home! “It's my "low cost" massage go to place. It offer whole body massage in an open or semi private space. You will be sharing a bench to lay on for 1-2 hours with 15 others, so it's not your luxurious, white linen, scented room with candles, robes and soothing music. It's where you go in and out when you don't have time to book an appointment, but want to get a nice deep massage. You can ask them to adjust their hand pressure and work on the areas you need to relief the most. I have been going there monthly for 4 years and whenever I travel through. I love massages but can not afford to go to my OC local massage center on a regular basis for $90 per hour plus tips. So I love to get additional massages at Bamboo for $25 per hour, especially when you find a masseuse you like. Enjoy you massages....it's so good for you!!!!”
