“I had another storage company back out on me, so I was left to find a storage unit that I needed in short notice, and I was really frustrated with the last storage company that claimed to have me reserved, but rented out the space to another customer. Deep breaths, D, get on Google and look for someone else. So I found this Public Storage in The Colony. It's not the best location, won't lie, but it was between both locations I moved from/to, so I called customer service, and they scheduled a unit for me. This time I'm putting money down to reserve it, and I'll go to the site directly to confirm. And sure enough, I walked in and spoke with the fabulous Ms. Vickie, who got me setup with a large enough storage unit at just the right time. She's awesome and very helpful and informative, letting me know about the entire process and making suggestions to help make the moving experience better for me and my schedule. Thank you so much Vickie for your help! Spoke with other employees at this location at various times and all are very friendly. Public Storage customer service in general is fabulous as well. Peace.”

We were pleasantly surprise when we met Charity! She was so sweet and courteous, and empathetic to our situation. She did everything right to help load our Ford F150 to try to make it to A1 Auto Center an hour before closing! We had two guys who moved our entire 16 foot truck in 2 hours! They were on time! They were fast and considerate of our fragile items.
