“After rating this office 1 star, I wanted to update the start rating to 5. My initial complaint was about how long I waited for glasses and I learned that they don’t have any control of when my glasses will be available since it’s done through the insurance lab. I didn’t understand it at first and I made a mistake thinking they were responsible. Regardless, when I picked up my glasses, they took the time to actually acknowledge the complaint and I really appreciate that. They took really good care of me, and made sure I was fully satisfied before I walked out the door. Thank you for your service and highly recommended.”

“I purchased two barbecue parts from them. The order arrived with one of them missing. I contacted their customer service. After they learned about the issue, they stopped responding to my emails. I opened a case on PayPal, they came back and shipped me the missing item. Perhaps they are just very slow. In any case much more of my time has been wasted than a $20 lid stopper bolt deserves.”

“I love this donut shop they are the best in the county! Their staff are kind, friendly and are patient with you when you order. Their salmon bagels are my go to and the kids love to pick out their donuts or breakfast sandwiches and drinks. I have also done a large order of donut holes for a party and they were great and very accommodating. I also love their outdoor patio where the family can spread out and use outside voices without bothering other patrons. The staff will bring your order out to you so no need to check in or hover by the service desk. Great place 5 stars!”

“Made it a mission to get myself a custom made cowboy hat for a while now and came across James in Mavericks whilst on a 3 day getaway with my partner. James is an absolute artist in his profession. He helped with every single detail throughout the process. The perfect color for the hat, the materials, he then moulds it to your head and shapes it to fit your build and your frame. The whole experience was amazing. He was super friendly, telling us about himself as well as interested in us. “This Is the best bookstore I've ever been to, and I have such a fond memory of it. I live in Texas, my son goes to Union College and I was visiting him and we found this place by walking around. Everything about it is perfect, the old building it's in, the books everywhere, the smell of books and every kind of book from antiques to new releases. One day my son was in class and I went to this bookstore alone and it started to rain, a downpour like magic. I spent the next couple hours relaxing in a chair, listening to it rain while flipping through books. The owner was there and he is perfect fit for building, the relaxing rain, the books. He is an older man and wore a sweater, the type you would imagine an intellect would ware, I bet he has read every book there! He himself is a library of knowledge. I talked to him, asked him if he had anything by Edward Young, author or "Night Thoughts" and we began a lovely conversation. He showed me his photo box he made for selling books online, I believe Abe books. I could of talked to him all day. He is the kind of person that if you do not meet or get to know, you doing yourself a disservice I bought some books that day for my son's 19th birthday. My son is always reading and the ones I picked out he soaked up. I have not been back to New York since then, (October 2021)but I need to. I talk to my son daily and i often bring up how that bookstore is an antidepressant. I hope it never closes, I hope the owner never dies. If you have a chance to go there, bring a flashlight for the rows are perfectly narrow and there are books everywhere, you will find at least one that will call to you”

“Fabulous people, fabulous work and expert professionals! We received a notice from our boat manufacturer (Bali) that structural reinforcements were necessary to ensure the hull's integrity. We contacted Enzo Menetrier at Multitech who was able to quickly schedule our visit and arranged immediate inspection and ultimately repairs. The work was overseen by Antoine who was friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way as the work was completed. While in port we also had some electrical work completed (supervised by Rudy), and he had his best technician help us out. From the concierge (Julie & Amanda) to the project management (Enzo) to the execution (Antoine and Rudy) the service was top notch! The people and work was GREAT. My only quibble was that we were charged $128 per day to be at the Multitech dock while Multitech was doing the work. We've had occasion to have work done on this boat in Southwest Harbor Maine, Annapolis Maryland, Norfolk Virginia and Charleston South Carolina and (with prior boats) in Marina del Rey California -- this was the first time the vendor charged me to be at THEIR dock while THEY performed the work (maybe it's a Florida thing?).”
