I decided to treat myself to a pumpkin cream cold brew to celebrate my 65th birthday. I love this Starbucks, and the staff here, but Michael made the best pumpkin cream cold brew I've had yet. I was feeling a bit lonely on my birthday, and Michael made my day. (Previously) Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!! Pumpkin cream cold brew is my super star drink now. I've got to have at least three of those a week now.”

“Ok so I’m new to this wax melt making journey and I didn’t know it included turning your spare bedroom into a complete lab lol. The measurements, the waxes the molds. Goodness. Then I called Starlight. Richard answered like we were old friends and when he couldn’t answer a question literally had his wife Clara call me back within five minutes and answered all my questions and more. She has over 15 years of experience and ever answer given was with care and complete knowledge of the craft. What touched me is when Richard said “ My little one is at home sick with Clara and I’ll have her call you “ I didn’t expect her to call so soon. I’ve raised 6 boys so I know how it is to have sick little ones. When she called back I was surprised and she answered every question offered to help me along my journey and even samples. Guess what guys I haven’t bought a single thing from them while writing this review. But the customer service has me hooked so although I appreciate the offering of the samples, I’m headed down to buy 50 pounds of wax today and fragrance oil because they are just an awesome pair and they went above and beyond. To end this she gave me her cell number and said text me anytime you get stuck. This is what you get when you continue to support small businesses like we candle /wax makers are trying to create.
