Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well. I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. “Great help on small motor parts. Had an old MTD mower snap a valve, and another snap off a connecting rod. Was able to track down and order both parts. Was extremely knowledgeable on the Kohler motor on my '78 IH cub cadet. Starter fried and was able to save me a lot with a good used starter. Even worked through the issues due to manufacturer put multiple different starts on that serial series of motor at no charge. Discovered starter on tractor had been wrong for past 20+ years and been half my headache with cold starting.”
