In planning, he gives great advice based on years of experience. He’s great at finding the best deals and he’s second to none in personal service. He is with you literally every step of the way because he CARES. He is always on top of the slightest little change in flight times or delays, emailing me the changes once he gets them. And he’s quick to be on the phone to resolve any type of hiccup that could possibly arise. Even in a recent travel situation where our cruise ship left a group of us in San Juan due to an emergency at the North Carolina airport that caused an extreme delay, David was immediately on the emergency line with the cruise ship as well as booking us our room for that night and the earliest possible flight the next morning so we could connect with our cruise ship at the first port as quickly as possible. We met the ship at 11:00 the next morning only missing a few waking hours of our 7 day cruise, and were happily on our way to enjoy the rest of our cruise. He was always calm, constantly in contact with updates and options, always reassuring us, always working on our behalf, and making what could be explained as stressful, as extremely pleasant under the circumstances. In all of our other travels, everything has gone completely smoothly and he still offers that same incredible level of service and dedication to excellence. As far as travel agents go....he goes above and beyond....and over the years, he has become a very dear friend.”

“I booked this vacation home for a long weekend on VRBO and it was such a great location, large comfortable space, and an amazing view! Lance the property manager is very responsive and communicates very clearly upon checking in and checking out while being contactless. Included all appliances, 5 rooms with plenty of beds, 3 bathrooms, a huge Kitchen, balcony and a smart TV that you can connect to. I’m so happy I found this place, my group enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend this place and would love it come back. Parking is also really easy and safe.”

When we decided to stay an extra night she managed to set us up with another room. The room was great, loved being able to make our own breakfast with an amazing view of the beach from our deck. “The first time you meet Alex you realize she’s different. She has a passion for this like no one I’ve seen. She trains our 5 horses and gives lessons to our 3 children and my husband and I. She cares for our children like her own during lessons & horse camp when we cannot always be present. She’s extremely patient and has a way of teaching that is amazing to watch. She’s so kind when she helps kids to grow adults understand how horses think and how we can connect with them. She has a gift and you will be glad you took the time to get lessons from her.
