She made everything so easy from booking the resort, airline reservations, transport to and from the airport, and even our excursions for us. It was such an easy process for us. She has also traveled to so many resorts, so she is very knowledgeable about things to do and not to do and answered so many of our questions. We had some delays in our flights returning home and in under 30 minutes Shannon had reached out to the airlines and secured an alternate plan for us in case we missed our connecting flight. We literally didn’t have to do a thing. She really goes above and beyond to ensure your vacation is perfect in every way. We can’t recommend her services enough. “Great experience with Dr. B! I had a foreign object in my eye. Before calling Meridian, I went to an urgent care and they said - yes you have an object in your eye, but we can't remove it. I called Dr. B and she carefully and successfully removed it. Great bedside manner - very thorough, very caring and very gentle. We knew we wanted to go on our honeymoon trip somewhere in Mexico, but we were overwhelmed by all of the resort options - Pam worked extensively to figure out which one was best suited to our tastes. We ended up choosing the Iberostar Grand based on her personal recommendation, and it seriously could not have been any better. It was our first time riding, there was a short but well executed lesson and we were off on our guided trail ride through: lush pasture, lively woods, and scenic mountain trails. Miss Lucy and Shanda were the sweetest! They were so knowledgeable about riding and the horses. They knew each horses story and temperament, and paired us perfectly according to our comfortability and novice skill level! We will be back soon!!”
