“The Review below wants to remain annoynmous due to profession. Temporary housing can be tricky, especially since most serious rentals are for six months or a year. Cozy Homes offer month-to-month rental options and it made all the difference to us. We needed something decent, but couldn’t be tied into an exact timeline. We struggled to find a good fit for us in a smaller town like Lubbock , but feel lucky we came across Cozy Homes. Their housing was cute and clean, and that’s because it is carefully maintained by the full-time, hands-on family business. The units are all fully furnished and supplied with everything we needed to continue our lives as if we were home. They also welcomed our dogs like they were their own, and there was a big property for them to play on and explore. The owners were never further away than a step outside the door and promptly responded to all concerns and unforeseen issues. They really wanted us to be comfortable and made sure we lacked nothing. Everybody was so happy, warm and welcoming, it felt like we were visiting people we’ve known forever. Thank you Brian, Dawn and Tess for making our stay easy and fun. We opted to invest in a really special vehicle (the white, 1965 Rolls Royce Princess) and let me tell you - it was the talk of the entire wedding! We created a whole "photo opp" with the car on the lawn during the wedding – we had a flower arrangement, ferns, and a sign made to complete the look – and used the car against a backdrop of fireworks for our "getaway". It was spectacular!! Billy was our driver and he was fantastic. He dressed the part, was helpful, cordial, and very professional. He listened to our vision for the getaway timing, and was careful that our departure matched up with the fireworks and guest sparklers. Highly recommend!!”
