We booked it the night before at 8pm and didn't realize it till later that night that I had got so much sun I could barely walk the next morning. My girlfriend called right before opening and asked if we would be able to cancel. The owner was very understanding and granted us a full refund. We booked this because we saw they shining reviews they received for the tours they gave. What I can contribute as far as information is their customer service is super friendly and understanding of my current issue. I would recommend St Pete Kayaking to anyone interested in doing some kayaking as if the staff is as half as friendly as the person who took the call. Then you'll be in friendly caring hands. P.S. still can't walk normally yet. Wear protection folks don't be like me ☺️”

This morning Marie B. from there called to apologize and explain their difficulty: New York state opened very fast and employees either are having difficulty with day care OR don't want to rtn until Sept when their employment + xtra $300 expires.
