“I have had the pleasure of using the services of Fords World Travel for several years. I have used other agencies, but they just didn't have the service and knowledge of other agencies. I have found in our years of service when a person writes they were "Treated Horribly" it was because of them and NOT the services they wanted from the firm or its staff. I could not be in their position trying to handle and be polite to someone who is demanding and complaining for some unrealistic demands of the customer. I have seen customers scream and hell their stateroom was interior, and I remember then when they had booked a cruise the agent was asking them if they knew the meaning of an inside stateroom, and couldn't be bothered look at the stateroom, because they knew all the answers. In case they were returning from a recent cruise and were screaming about their stateroom lacked not even a port hole. Therefor when I read "Treated Horribly" I understand perfectly who was at fault.”

Fries were under done. Staff was friendly. Based on only one visit I would say that I wouldn't mind returning but nothing especially stood out as a reason to. There was a great selection of draft beer available but I was on a work lunch. They did look interesting! Seems like more of a later night beer and bar food place fit, nothing wrong with that though!”

“I have been riding with Gayle just over two years now, and she is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about the rider, and their improvement. Although you may not be jumping right away, she will take the time to teach you the correct technique to make you and your horse an incredible team. She will always be honest with you, and will never put you in a scenario where she doesn't think you're ready. She fits each lesson to each individual rider! She also will mix each lesson up, and keep you on your toes (cough cough driving reins!!!) I also can't thank her enough for taking me trail riding, and allowing me to come and just hack for the day! For me this means the world, because I can't make it up as much as I would like to! She also will take lots of photos for you, and brag about you on her social media!
