“Great location, right on the beach with private beach access (with motion sensor lights along the way). Pool was clean and well-maintained. All units have ocean views from the living room and master bedrooms. I'm all for smoke-free indoors, but to ban smoking outdoors on the property was a bit much for some of our group. There should be a community grill available as well, since they are not allowed to have them at each unit. This is a great place to stay on Amelia Island, I've been twice now and both condos were nice.”

Beds, bathrooms, furnishings are comfy and spacious. They maintain the property well which is often missing in rental homes. Best of all, you are 25 steps to a perfect sand beach and the lull of the ocean.”

“Hot Air Expeditions went above and beyond in every way! Our flight was one we will never forget. We were all first timers and decided to book a flight for my 29th birthday. The experience was unreal. Our Pilot, Bill was funny and made us feel very safe. We ended up getting to meet and fly with one of the owners! Stephanie is amazing and made our trip even more memorable and fun! We had the best time and the views were amazing! The breakfast after was icing on the cake. The food was delicious and they even had a birthday cake for me! I'm not sure how my husband is going to top this birthday gift next year. Maybe we will have to go back! Do not look anywhere else book with Hot Air Expeditions!!!”
