If you live anywhere near Deer Creek and are not using this clinic for yours pets, then you are overpaying and more than likely getting less than quality care for your pets. After this last major surgery, my Schip recovered faster than I ever thought possible. Plus, my final bill was just what I was quoted before hand. That is a 1st. In my past experience where urgent care was needed, the quote never matched the bill. There was always extra B.S. added with no explanations - just taking advantage of the situation, but not with Dr. Cross. I highly recommend him for he communicates and educates very well and is understandable. No circle talking to confuse clients. A proven choice for trust and reliability for my loved ones' care. And the Wine store next door helps relieve any stress of dragging a pet to the vet.”

“We were visiting the area and didn’t know anyone. Due to a family emergency my husband and I had to leave early the next day so we had to board our dog. She was behind on some shots and the kennel would not take her. After some scrambling at 5:30 PM the night before we left Saint Charles animal Hospital came to the rescue and took care of our pup. They squeezed us in and solved our problem. They were courteous and kind! I highly recommend!!!”

They were very accommodating. They got us in quickly assessed the situation quickly and were professional and friendly. Sadly, there was nothing they could do for Lucky. We had to put him down. We were there for an hour and a half all together. If I had waited until Monday, Lucky would have passed away at home and he would have been in quite a bit of pain. I'm satisfied with this visit. They were, as I said, professional and they were genuinely concerned for Lucky and his family.”
