"They listen" The fees/prices are very reasonable. When my cat had some issues after his surgery, they were quick to call me back and offer medication for the problem which was the de-worming that he had been given. Apparently he needed to have another dose which after a few days, took care of the issue. My cat is happy and healthy. I would highly recommend them. Their hours offer working people convenient times to schedule a visit.”

“The Pet Emergency Room helped us during an unfortunate situation with our five-year-old rescue cat, Benjamin. He apparently had a clot reach his heart, immobilizing his back legs. This all happened at 1:30 in the morning. The staff and veterinarian were so kind and even though we had to put our dear Benjamin to sleep, the Pet Emergency Room folks were there for us. My husband and I were able to hold our dear cat and they alleviated his considerable pain while we said our goodbyes. It was heart-wrenching, but at least the vet and vet tech were as empathic as they could possibly be.”
