“This page really needs to be updated—the new owners have completely changed the place. The one star reviews are from the old business. It’s easily one of the better spots in town now, especially for lunch. The Jason’s Deli–style salad bar is always clean and fresh, and their Matcha is hands down the best in GR—no chunks, vibrant (you can tell how good match is by the color and there’s are never pale), and never chalky. You can adjust the sweetness but still taste the real Matcha flavor. The fall menu is unique, and they have so many syrups and sauces that they can make anything you want. My favorite part is the study rooms—you can grab a drink, lock in, use the TV as a second monitor, and jot notes on the whiteboard. The staff is super friendly and always helpful.”

She makes you feel informed, comfortable, and truly cared for throughout the entire visit. She explains every single procedure she’s doing and always checks to see if you need a break. They accept multiple insurance plans, and if you don’t have insurance, they work with you to find the best and most affordable option. “We've seen Dr. Ibrahim for about 5 years when they moved from North Canton stat care to the newer Portage location. Never had an issue with scheduling over this time, we don't miss or be late for appts, as a patient that goes a long way for your healthcare team to help YOU. Never had an issue with time in the office as scheduling always asks what I need to discuss so they can budget time for my visit. Thinking of new things or forgotten questions puts a strain on everyone so please write down all your concerns and then share them with scheduling so time can be budgeted for all your medical concerns. Never had rude or condescending treatment. There are two handicap parking spots directly in front of the entrance. Clean bathroom facilties inside and I like the building location and setup; a small, single building which is easy to get in and out of (driving and walking) compared to large scale medical buildings/plazas. A patient won't need to ask directions which floor or wing the appointment is in. The location is quick to access with a vehicle and walking will be short to get inside and to the exam rooms. The waiting room is well lit and clean with comfortable seating. We'll keep going here until the staff retires or when my body no longer needs medical care.”

She asked where did I purchased and she mentioned that Kay brought out that jeweler and she could look to see if I had a warranty on the ring. Sure enough it had a warranty. She performed my breast lumpectomy this past April and the procedure was a bit tricky but between she and the breast radiologist, they were able to make my surgery a successful one.
