After one contract fell through due to the sellers being less than forthcoming about some significant issues, Melissa asked me to keep faith that the perfect home was out there for me. She found the cutest little home in a lovely neighborhood. She put me in contact with great people to do inspections, lending, insurance, etc. She negotiated with the listing agent to make some necessary repairs and replacements that worked for not only myself but also the sellers.
