“My son came to Dr. Vakharia a few months ago after coming home from college experiencing depression and anxiety resulting in substance abuse issues combined with mental health issues. Working through addiction while dealing with trying to determine what mental health treatments are necessary is extremely difficult. Dr. V has shown exceptional intelligence and compassion while determining why regular antidepressants had not worked over the last year. My son is now on the right track and attending university classes again. His ability to concentrate and complete work assignments has positively influenced his view of his capabilities and self esteem. He just this week was hired for a new job working towards attaining necessary career skills as he builds his portfolio. Mental health and good guidance from Dr. V and his wife have been vital to his recovery and healing that have given him a chance to live a full happy healthy life. “Better than most and probably one of the best Walmarts in the Saint Louis area. I had no problem parking in a lot that was free of litter. Most of the cart corrals were empty and a guy was working to clear them. Inside the store, brightly lit. I had no problem shopping in the lunch meats and sliced cheese, everything well stocked. Automotive had the windshield fluid I needed. Most of the front of the store has been converted to self-checkout but there was still a queue. Win some, lose some. I'd shop here again.”

“Very nice staff. Great selection and competitive prices. Reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I have had numerous issues with dried out corks. First time I thought it was me. Second time it happened to 2 bottles in the same evening. I returned to the store and ownership replaced the bottles but very inconvenient to have multiple bottles have issues and had to drive back to exchange them. I have to question the humidity levels in the store for these corks to be cracking.”

“Helpful. Safe. Health a priority. Thankful. For those with mental health issues that come here for anxiety and already have a therapist they work with, if you accidentally say too much, they will call DPS officers to handcuff you and then send you off somewhere. You will be put in hand cuffs and shipped off somewhere. It would have been better for me to be alone, go back to my apartment with my roommate, done therapy, the next week, and then hoped for the best. The university wants nothing to do with a student in need in a circumstance like this nor will they follow up or make comment, and you and your family (Mom and Dad, or both, will have to deal with everything afterwards). We're not upset about this, just there has to be a better system to help students that are having a hard time. Many people that are having a hard time refuse help and suffer in silence anyways. My family did not deserve the concern they had to have by sending me to some psych facility nor did the medication at Las Encinas really resolve anything. Also for reference I understood I was LGBTQ+ at the beginning of university at my time beginning in Spring of 2015 so I should have just come out or began to find peers so I can speak of this comfortably and feel okay.”

“I'm in nash county and this plumber doesn't service my area however I told him my problem and he came out anyway. When he got here he was very knowledgeable and professional. He told me my options and he said I tell you what I'll put in a new system. Because the county messed up and my septic field was cut in 2 places. Patching it would not last long and it would fail at some point. He was the 3rd plumber I called and they all said pretty much the same thing. But no one offered to do what he suggested. He told me I know this isn't your fault so I'll do that for you. I've been trying to get in my home for 2 years and I can finally see the light. Thank you for all you did and are doing to get me in my home. Highly highly recommend these folks.”
