I had a lot of complicated factors to consider including demanding permit requirements from the City of Tacoma. Mike worked with me all through the process until we were clear on how to proceed. His bid for the job was reasonable and he seemed like someone I could trust. His work was even better than his planning. He runs a pro operation and had all the big and small gear to make sure the job was done right. I actually ended up using him to run all the lines from the house to the pole. The best endorsement was from the City inspector who said, "you guys do some really good work." “I desperately needed to see a dentist following oral surgery to check my bite after a severe infection following a tooth extraction and immediate implant gone awry. I was in excruciating pain that was unrelenting. I was referred by my oral surgeon to Dr. Ferrara to check what the surgeon thought was a misaligned bite. . I can’t tell you how lucky I was to walk into his office and be seen by this capable, knowledgeable and professional man. He was extremely thorough in his approach, listened to the case, and offered an opinion totally unexpected but, it all made sense where my pain was coming from and it wasn’t my bite. There are a lot of dentist out there and you are flying blind unless someone tells you where “not to go”versus “where to go”. Go to this man. He knows his stuff and practices with honesty integrity and skill. I’d give him 100 stars if I could.”
