“I love Myth and Ember they have great drip coffee and lattes. Their signature menus and seasonal drinks are always tasty. The muffins are all gluten friendly but you can’t tell. They are just so delicious. 😋 Definitely give myth and ember a try and walk around downtown Van Alstyne. It’s so cute! Sweet small town. “More of a take out spot. Don’t expect a fancy ambiance. Although they do have lots of seating if you choose to dine in. Also has a bar area. The Dante’s white pizza was decent. Pizza was the perfect thickness, not too doughy and not too thin. Ample amount of toppings. Crust was cooked perfectly. Cheese was melty. 4.25$ short draft beer. Customer service could’ve been better.”

“I very much recommend Billings for roof work. We recently had hail damage and I called Billings to inspect my roof to see if I actually had damage. Mark came out at no cost the next day and explained that we indeed had damage. A few weeks later, after completing the insurance claim, we called Mark who provided us a bid with several options. Without pressure, we agreed and Mark set the project in motion. About four weeks later, Billings sent their crew of about 8 and finished work in 1.5 days in >100 temperature. They did a great job, replaced a couple of warped panels, painted my vent pipes, installed attic vents aling to peak of my roof, and cleaned up like pros. They were very courteous and respectful throughout the project. We live in Jenks and have a 2-story home. Billings was very professional and met our strict HOA requirements and pleased us, their customer. Mark knows his business and I felt comfortable with his recommendations; he is not a pushy salesman. Stephanie, who works at Billings followed up with us about a week later, to make sure we were pleased and if we had any questions or concerns before final project closure. Again, I very much recommend you at least consider Billings Roofing & Solar for your roofing work. 5-Stars!”

They put in 14 windows, redid our dormers, all new rake boards, new gutters, fixed some siding and did a bunch of touch up work for me. I’m a fan of this taco shop as the food is pretty reliable and yummy. I’m a major fan of the breakfast burritos here (order the classic!). they’re the undisputed winners of the valley when it comes to breakfast burritos. You can get all kinds of Mexican dishes here, enchiladas, tacos, flautas, chilaquiles etc. There’s something for everyone and you can come in a small group or by yourself. I usually find the place to be on the quieter side, however it can get busy! Don’t worry the staff is super efficient and quick! The line catches up to you in a flash. All the staff are super nice here, they bring your food out to you quickly and with a smile!”
