“I had a recall for the I-Pace Battery Pack. The scheduling went smoothly. I followed up the day before the appointment to confirm the service would still be performed and how long do I need to anticipate. They informed me it would be a same day completion. This was great news considering only specific technicians can perform work on the battery electric vehicles. The vehicle was ready in one day. I was unable to return that day to pick it up since it’s an hour 1- way commute to the certified dealer from my home. However, the service provider offered to deliver the car to my home via a valet service they use. I was very happy to hear this. The next morning the car was delivered at the expected time. It had been washed and interior had been vacuumed as well. The software update on the battery pack seems to be working as planned. I’m face the car appeared to receive more charge (miles) than it had been previously. I’m pleased”

“I first got a bike fit with Mike back in 2010. I was preparing to ride across country for Susan G Komen. Mike donated the bike fitting and I cant express enough gratitude for that. While cycling across the USA I had zero issues with my bike and i can not tell you how many other riders I met on the rode, who didnt have a bike fit, that had some sort of ache or pain. I have zero doubt that I was so lucky because of Mike and his expertise. Fast forward, I recently got a new bike and rode from Vancouver to SF with out a bike fit, and I had multiple break downs, where I couldn't feel my hands and one time my knee completely locked up. I am now venturing from SF to Mexico and called Mike again to get a fit. He dialed my bike in and offered great tips for my journey. I have learned my lesson and will always call Mike when I get a new bike.”

“Juliet is phenomenal! I'm so happy we found her for our boys. My 13 year old says he always feels so happy and light after piano lessons and his "weekly dose of Juliet." She is masterful at playing and teaching, pushing for the students' best efforts, all the while being hilarious and a joy to be around. Her education can't be beat, and I love that she has a Master's in Occupational Therapy, as well as her other degrees. P.S. Juliet’s continual volunteer work in her community and level of expertise, energy, and interest she puts into each lesson is remarkable. My 13 year old is now almost 15, and my 10 and 6 year olds are now taking lessons with Juliet as well. We rave about her to everyone we know.”

“Wonderful memories were made! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room (Cottage Suite) was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hot tub in the balcony was amazing while relaxing to the sound of the ocean waves crashing on the shore. There's a kitchenette that includes necessary dishes and utensils. There's also a hot outdoor shower, perfect for using before and after using the hot tub. The location was perfect. It's only a short walk to the beach, pier, and boardwalk. Breakfast was freshly baked/cooked and was delicious! The entire staff was very warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be return customers in the future. Thank you!”
