He also goes the extra mile--one day my car wouldn't start, and so he drove the few miles to my house to take a look at it, rather than leaving me with the problem of getting it towed (it turned out to need a new battery). You can be confident that cars you get from Vic will run well, and he'll be ready to help if anything does go wrong. We need more people who are this reliable.
