“Now that I have your attention with the 5 stars, I'd like to state that this business doesn't even deserve a 1 star on this review. My friend and previous coworker tried to purchase a vehicle from ALAM Kia South over this past weekend. He showed proof of the check from the bank, called and confirmed they had the vehicle was ready (after being told to wait previously due to needed repairs) prior to making the 4 HOUR DRIVE only to wait around for a manager to come up and tell him they sold the discussed vehicle an hour before he got there. I'm sorry but when he made me aware that he had even sent the sales person a picture of the check for over $24K and told them I'm coming from SC only to DRIVE 4 HOURS to waste gas and valuable time (8hrs of your weekend). I felt this should be made aware to the public. They didn't even bother to call him and apologize and save him the rest of the trip! Apparently, these folks cannot be trusted. What a shame that a business can't mistreat people in this way and show little regard for what they cost someone. I will most certainly not do business with them or recommend them to anyone else. Times are hard enough right now... Buying a vehicle shouldn't be so difficult! 0 Stars”

“I bought a PT Cruiser 2001 from Perry. Now it is an older car and I was concerned about the timing belt and other things. Perry said if something happens if I bought the parts he would install at no charge. It turns out that I did need some things done. Perry did exactly what he said he would do, no problems. And he also did the work that day. I thought I needed a power steering pump. I went and bought one. It turned out to be a sensor. Perry fixes it free and I took back the pump and got a refund. He also is concerned about his customers. People don’t usually comment when things go well. But I think it is important to let people know that I would buy another car from Perry. Thanks Perry”

“Excellent experience. I bought a used BMW X5 back in February and within 2 weeks I had smoke coming out of the engine. Anytime you buy a used vehicle you should expect some type of problems but I was not expecting problems that soon; however, I was prepared for it. I initially took my BMW to the BMW dealership and after keeping my car for a week they claimed I had a crack gasket among other problems. Gaskets are expensive and needless to say I was very upset so I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. After a week they claimed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car and they had driven my BMW several times and noticed no smoke. So I took it as the BMW dealership being dishonest and trying to take advantage of me. So I took my keys and drove off the dealership lot and within 15 minutes of driving I had smoke coming off of the engine. At this point I was so upset of dealing with dishonest people. Stefan had given me his business card when I initially bought my X5 when he saw me in the parking lot of a convenience store and I decided to give him a call. I told him the issues that I was having and told me to bring it in and I am so glad I did. He diagnosed the problem within 4 to 5 hours of having my vehicle. Turns out there was no gasket problem at all which was a relief and it ended up being my pump which Stefan took me under my BMW to show me exactly what was wrong and then was able to order and replace. I also had Stefan do a tune up on my BMW and he used all BMW authorized parts. It's been 2 months now and my X5 runs as if it was brand new. There are competent honest mechanics out there if you can find one.....I found one in Stefan. Highly recommend!”

“Hey folks, dont listen to the one star reviews that say, "horible place" or "junk cars", without any viable explanation as to what specifically their problem is. Its most likely a competitor or troll. Anyways, I bought a 2003 GMC Envoy from BB Autos back in 2015 with 180k miles on it. It was a decent, solid truck, with few minor issues like the freon was low in the A/C. He filled it with no problem, and was very friendly. The owner, Barry, doesn't give you the vibe of a sheisty saleman trying to make a buck. He is very apathetic to your needs and is very understanding if you tell him you are having a particular problem. I recommended a lot of my friends to him and they were VERY happy with his prices & selection. When I am ready to move to another vehicle, I will visit him again!! BTW, my truck just hit 302k miles and still going strong!!”
