“We purchased a truck here recently and we're concerned about a vibration. The salesman informed us it was probably due to the oversized tires and we went ahead and made a deal. We found out later the vibration was actually due to a bad rear end. I spoke with the owner and let him know about the situation and he is going to make it right. I don't believe he was aware the rear end was indeed bad. I was worried this company wouldn't stand behind their vehicles and they proved me wrong. There are still honest businessmen and I would recommend shopping here.”

The truck came with a 30 day warranty and within the 30 day window I had a small issue with an interior temperature control sensor, so I asked them what I needed to do to utilize the warranty? They said take it to the dealer and have them diagnose and fix the issue and send them the invoice. That is what I did, and within minutes of sending them the invoice, I had been reimbursed. “I’m just gonna be as real as I can possibly be. When I first came to this place it was the 2nd car lot I had ever been to. I was skeptical because the first one (drive now in Lebanon Tn) had done me so dirty I was about to just give up but then I spoke with Tony and told him my situation and what I had to offer and when I tell you they helped me out and hooked me up I mean it. They put me in a Chrysler town and country van the exact same day with full coverage insurance and I was ready to go. My transmission had went out about 4/5 years later today and they let me trade it in for another. This place is just amazing. If it wasn’t for them helping me out and getting me into a different whip I would’ve lost my job. They understand people struggle. They understand when people are in need of good customer service and they provide it with the utmost respect and loyalty. They are a good car lot. I’ve had first hand experience with the owner, sales people, and the mechanic. Every last one of them are amazing people and they do what they can do to help a brother or sister out. If you want good care, a good vehicle, and a homie and family experience then this car lot is by far the best place to go. I wouldn’t choose any other car lot and I put that on god.
