It looks like a lot of these reviews are from people with buyer's remorse who may not have taken the time to go inspect an item they bid on, or failed to read the terms and services of the auction. I've made buying mistakes in the past, but I don't take it out on the sellers. BUYER BEWARE indeed, meaning it's on the buyer to find out everything about what they are buying. If you need something to be in working order, test it. If you can't test it on site, understand you are taking on that risk and buy accordingly. If you are worried about the condition of something you are buying second-hand online, go inspect it.”

“This review is based solely on my experience. If you understand the nature of buying a used luxury import car then this is a very solid dealership. That is to say nothing negative of this dealership, only that people with a minimal understanding of cars should probably avoid that genre of cars. However, it looks like they have plenty of cars outside that group. MGM seems to have very competent mechanics on-site. They had a fairly diverse and interesting portfolio of cars for their size. They were willing to fix issues that I found on the car without any resistance. They made no effort to hide known issues with the car. Both people I interacted with at the dealer were helpful and pleasant. It was easy to communicate and ask questions at all hours. Neither of them were even remotely “pushy” about sales. Their willingness and ability to make repairs is what set them apart in my mind. It is possible that several of these negative reviews should be targeted more at the world of older used cars, than at this dealership. Overall, I would recommend them to any of my friends in the area.”

Had an issue with the truck 6 months later with an after market install so Ford warranty wouldn't cover. After explaining what happened to the truck Ashton offered to pick up the truck, repair it and bring it back. The dealer had already begun the repair so they quickly offered to pay the repair expense. It wasn't a major issue, however, these guys made it right and I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to this business.”

“If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didn't happen. He told me he would get it done that day , no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !”
