“I had the most amazing experience purchasing my Jeep Cherokee from Driving Xcellence. I’m not normally someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. First, Florin is not your typical car salesman. He’s the owner and helped me through my selection process when I went to the dealership. I know nothing about cars, but Florin was super knowledgable and very honest with me when trading in my old Mercedes, telling me the pros and cons and what to expect from a Jeep versus a Mercedes (he even said my Mercedes was more durable and would require a lot less maintenance than the Jeep). Needless to say, I’m stubborn so I bought the Jeep anyway, however, I appreciated his honesty and having my best interest at heart. After deciding on the vehicle, Lucia helped me with my financing, which I was nervous about considering I’m a new college grad with very limited credit. She was also very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. Surprisingly, she was also able to approve me at a way better rate than I was expecting! The two make a great team and provided an excellent experience overall. As for the Jeep, I couldn’t be happier with it! "What is gonna take for you to drive this car away today" I really disliked the sitting in an office waiting for a honest reply. Went to Elite on a Saturday because I saw a car I liked on Craiglist. No pressure from the owner (Gene). All the cars are clearly marked with price and mileage. Most cars are stored in their indoor warehouse. Many choices, many car makes and from my previous shopping experience, they seemed fairly priced. Found a very nice Toyota Corolla. It needed a couple of things and they took care of all the details. I had a very good experience and would recommend them.”
