Then hit me with a 7,500 value on a truck that is worth way more than that even per blue book, they then decide to bump up to 13k and some change. still under the value with the condition. I got a hold of Alan he was straight to the point told me how it was going to work and literally within 45 minutes the insurance agreed to 19k like it was no big deal. this is the best investment I have ever made to have Alan step in and take care of it. “Okay so I came here a few days after I got my new car and thought I would have had a hard time a new vehicle owner but to my Surprise I didn't. I ran into someone named Hugo(the manager) and I explained to him what I needed and he gave me my options and even tried to find a way around me spending money on one item. He sent me to the parts store dep't to get what I needed and when I was finished he met me outside and introduced me to Cindy just incase he wasn't there when I came in for my appointment.... The day I came in for my appointment Cindy was AMAZING! I've had customer service at places before but she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I have EVERYTHING done and even checked on a few other things on my car as courtesy.
