Were we able to book a 4x4 SUV on less than a weeks notice in Colorado (Under $1000 - Compared to the other rental companies). But when we arrived to pick up the car Carlos gave us an upgrade to a much better vehicle. I can't say enough about the ease of renting, the quality of the vehicle, the demeanor and professionalism displayed by the staff and the overall experience! This is by far the best Car Rental experience of my life. Well Done”

“If you are easily frustrated with questionable communication assistance, Fox Rental Cars may not be for you. However, our rental desk lady was very helpful as were the shuttle drivers. The rental car was clean with no issues. They need much better customer phone service as well as additional desk help because the wait in line is where you will need the patience. That being said, the rental rate was significantly less than the majors.”

“The rental aisle was very busy with cars being delivered as customers were exiting. The car I selected showed a warning light as I approached the exit. I was able to return the car and was provided a replacement promptly. Problems do occur once in a while even at the best run organizations. Addressing them quickly is one of the things that keeps me renting from National.”

“So getting my car was a wonderful experience. Granted we were the only people there at 1am Thursday morning. But we quickly got our vehicle and was out in probably less than 10 minutes. Big shout out to Moses (sorry I can't remember your full name) who was incredibly nice and very helpful. Basically the reason I'm rating it at least 4 stars. I would give 5, but the check out process was not the same. At 10pm we could not locate the person to check us out. Front desk told us outside, the people outside told us to go inside. Apparently there was suppose to be someone outside to turn our vehicle in. They were just gone. Wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't running around looking for someone in 10 degree weather. But overall I would say it was a positive experience and would definitely use Budget again. Thanks once again Moses!”

“The staff could not have been more friendly and nice. Everyone was relaxed, confident and professional. Our van was exactly as advertised and we had no problems with any of the functionality. The price was definitely right as we had a 3 day special and a discount on top. The van was comfortable for two. It was our first experience with camper camping having much experience with tents. The advantage was warmth and convenience of food prep on the go. The disadvantage was not having 4 wheel drive for dirt road travel as we have with our truck. All in all a great adventure to Death Valley. If you are coming from somewhere else and don't want to pack camping stuff, this is cheaper than renting a car all the gear at you location.”
