(February 14, 2019, 8:50 am)I have definitely found my rental car company moving forward. The customer service at this location was excellent, one of the agents even assisted with our luggage, as we were carrying our ski equipment, as well as luggage for ourselves and our small child. The pricing was one of the best around and the check in-check out process made it so much smoother than the other companies at this location. Would highly recommend using Enterprise when in Denver.
(February 12, 2019, 8:23 am)Great value for your money. The shuttle was exceptionally long in arriving for the initial pick-up, but everything went smoothly from there. Quick turn around at the counter and off I went. The return was efficient and timely and the shuttle had me back at the terminal without a long wait. Just need to work on the initial pick up!
(February 7, 2019, 9:24 am)What a great experience! From the moment you walked up to the counter, received your car from the specialist, and rental return the process was smooth and awesome! They all loved their jobs and you felt as if you were the only customer! They have me as a lifetime customer...even if the fee is a little more than others. The service was spectacular! Ryan Rankin went the extra step to make sure we were all taken care of, asked about our service, made sure we were happy. Above and beyond! Thanks Enterprise for making our vacation smooth!!!
(February 7, 2019, 12:20 am)Could not have asked for a better experience!! Super fast, super easy process, and very helpful, friendly staff.! Most definitely will rent from Enterprise again!! Only one thing to note,is that the car we got did smell of weed..my fault for not asking for a different car.. otherwise NO complaints!! Denver airport staff could not have been nicer..We dropped the car off at the Colorado Springs Airport, which was just as fast and easy as the pickup!! Super friendly staff there also.! Will rent and recommend Enterprise..
Edit: asked the guy before we left Denver, if our route avoided tolls, he looked at my Google maps on my phone and said yep, you won't get any tolls...just checked my credit card statement and sure enough I was charged for tolls !! What gives????
