“Just had both rear wheel assembly hubs replaced on a 2012 Kia Sorento, the owner was very much a people person which made the experience even better, he tested the issue to confirm that I was right on the issue, which he did confirm that both were not operating correctly, he then quoted me the price, we went ahead and went through with me, he was very courteous of our vehicle and treated us like family. He got both of them done, made sure the issue had been resolved, the issue was ABS, traction control, brake light were all lit up to due to the old sensors going bad. And once installed the lights went away! Which made us very happy. He then noticed our tire pressure light was on, he topped off our air and it went away. I highly respect the owner and I will definitely be back there for any future work.”

“Outstanding customer service! We were on our way to the north shore in the middle of a snow storm when our Subaru Forester started uncharacteristically sliding back and forth on the road, even at a slower speeds than everyone else passing us. We frantically called Fisk Tire & Auto Repair because they were on our next exit. Dave, the owner, answered, and he was able to move their schedule around to get us in right away. He dropped everything and took a test drive with us when we got there to help diagnose the issue (meanwhile our infant was napping in the backseat!). Whereas we thought the issue might be our tires, Dave said it was likely an alignment issue. He fixed it up and from then on out, we had no more issues driving through the winter storm. Dave was so gracious and honest - we would have paid much more to replace our tires but instead he fixed the real issue, saving us money and more importantly, keeping us safe on the road! “8/29 UPDATE: updated to 5/5 Stars... Tim (Service Manager) and Brandon (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to address the issue initially mentioned. Initial message was never relayed. They offered a pretty big discount on my most recent service to compensate for the previous mistake, and stood by their word when it came time to check out. They even offered me a loaner car to use for free while my car had major work done (We had a trip planned and only have one vehicle). Highly recommend this dealership because of their professionalism & genuine concern for the customer. Tim & Brandon are fantastic and I've been going to them for years! 8/22: Garnet Volkswagen has had most of my business in the past, but they scratched up the paint on my custom wheels and never called me back to discuss. Not sure if the message was ever relayed to the Service Manager. I will continue going to Garnet VW because they have made things right in the past, but this is unacceptable. I will be calling again to discuss & see how this can get worked out. I offered to send photos, but no response or call back. Please reach out to resolve this.”

“Excellent customer service, and they really seem to care about their customers. Chris worked with me over the phone to try and get my Norcold unit working, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We had work done on our Arctic Fox trailer years back and they did a great job on a water pump factory defect that caused over 3,000 in damage to the RV. They had to pull the bottom panels, replace all of the insulation, dry everything out, install new insulation and water pump and quite a bit more that I can't recall right off the top of my head. They do great work, and I recommend them. Their parts inventory might be small, but prices there definitely seem very reasonable, and they have a decent selection.”

“My gut was telling me that my car battery needed to be replaced and so I booked an appointment at pep Boys in Sunnyvale. Front desk could be a little more attentive, took him awhile to acknowledge I was there. Dhruth was my mechanic for the day, took about 2 1/2 hours to replace my batteries, oil change and filter change. He did an amazing job and feels like my car is good as new. Would definitely recommend the mechanics here. My only down side is the front desk, if i hadn't asked when my car would be ready after 2 hours I don't think they would if told me.”
