Also, there are usually one or two really nice guys in advance of the machine to detail the worst parts of your exterior before it goes in. Tip those guys, they're soaked in water all day, they do a good job and the prep does make a big difference :)”

“I paid for $20 Works and Wow, went through car wash,, and while drying car realized there was no tire shine. Tires were dull and dry. Spoke to ASM Ethan and asked for options. He explained how tire shine machine was down and only works sporadically while waiting to be repaired. I told him owner needs to let customers know before they pay (put up sign or verbally).After I told him I would just go pick up some and do myself, he ended up going getting tire shine while I was still drying my car, came back, shined my tires and gave me my Wow!...thanks, Ethan for keeping your cool and making it right!”

“There are many car wash options in the area. With one exception, the rest are traditional car washes where you get out of your vehicle, hand your keys to a stranger, and several workers detail the inside and outside of your car while you wait in a lobby or outside waiting area. All of the other car washes in the area are only open during regular business hours--and not on weekends. This makes it impossible for a working someone like me to ever go to any of these other washes. River Club is open during the early evening and weekends. I can go on the way home from work or on Saturday. It is also a completely contact-less deal where you don't get out of your car. Since I have a monthly membership I have a transponder and I don't even roll down my window to get in. The three month membership costs a dollar a day for "The Works" premium wash with the hot wax. There are cheaper levels of service, but they don't have the wax. I go several times a week. It really is unlimited. I went through twice today. They have a early evening workday women's special for The Works at about a third of the regular price.”
