They actually had people at the payment machine who explained the different options for which car washing and waxing I preferred. I was given a drying cloth as well.They even had a person who first soaped the windshield then the rest of my vehicle was washed, soaped, rinsed and dried . “This store is AMAZING. My car broke down and they let me keep it here while waiting for a tow overnight. I sincerely appreciate it. They were kind, courteous and seemed genuinely sorry for me. They even tried to keep upbeat conversation as I waited. This happened friday January 29th in the morning, I'm not sure what her name is but I hope she gets something from management. “This review is for the car wash. 5 stars because it’s cheap ($13 for the premium wash), it’s fast (5 minutes start to finish, usually no line), and it gets the job done (my car is clean). If I had a super nice car and cared a bit more about avoiding micro scratches and achieving a head-turning shine I’d consider other options, but at least for now, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll be back.”

Bathroom was clean Coffee was pretty fresh But The other reviews are almost correct ( although I strongly disagree with the other reviewer’s use of the term “price gouging “ I suggest if possible you avoid buying Gas in Franklin or Nearby Brentwood as it usually runs between 40 and 50 cents more per gallon than in Nashville city or other cities nearby. In my opinion this facility is better than all other similar competitors in the area. Kerosene is available”
