“Let me start off this review by saying that working with Dr. Ahn has been by far the most positive experience I've ever had with a dental professional 🦷 🗓️ *Location & Wait Times* 🗓️ Dr. Ahn's orthodontic office is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire and is less than five minutes away from Stevenson High School. It is undeniably the most time-efficient dental practice I have ever visited. During my numerous visits here, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and always felt that my time was respected, which already sets this place above most other medical offices in the area. On top of that, her office staff (Euna, Lucy, and others) were very friendly and always willing to elaborate on any questions I had during the treatment process. ☀️ *Professional, Friendly, and Honest* ☀️ Transparently, as a young professional, I've always been a bit skeptical of orthodontist consultations – especially when it came to getting braces. However, when I met Dr. Ahn, I felt relieved to get direct and genuine answers to my questions and concerns. Dr. Ahn was happy to explain to me the benefits and tradeoffs of different options for my teeth and clearly outlined why she thought the option she recommended was the best option. Additionally, Dr. Ahn was very upfront and honest about the (very competitive) cost of the treatment and even carefully outlined their generous payment plan option. ⏰ *Scheduling Flexibility & Timing Accommodations* ⏰ During my treatment, I had moved to the west coast and was not able to continue coming to the monthly brace check-ups. Dr. Ahn and her team were extremely accommodating of the few days a year I was able to stop by her office and were able to schedule me in within 1-2 week notice. Also, on top of that, Dr. Ahn was able to expedite my retainer waiting time from the usual week after getting braces taken off to just 24 hours to make sure I got them before my flight back home the following day – something that I am still very grateful for. 🦷 *Final Thoughts* 🦷 Working with Dr. Ahn and her team has been a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and continue to be thankful for being in the trusted care of these amazing people. With all that being said, I highly recommend Dr. Ahn's services to anyone looking for any kind of orthodontic treatment– whether you're a student, parent, or professional. You won't be disappointed!”
