“Not only do I love my coffee roaster, but their availability of parts to keep it updated and their tech support teams willingness to help is top notch. Somehow the main control board for my roaster got damaged and one of the fans was running constantly, they helped me troubleshoot the issue and were able to find a used functional board in their shop so that I didn't have to pay full price for a package that I don't necessarily need. I've worked in customer service, and this is exactly how I would treat my customers, so thank you.”

“For the last month I have gone round and round with Verizon and FiOS and couldn't get anything accomplished. I was sent to this store from a friend who said the staff was great and I have to agree that it was. I was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I was so turned off by Verizon, and it showed in my attitude but the ladies were so pleasent. I would have canceled all my service if it wasn't for the store manager Janice and her staff, they even offered me water (who does that). This old school type of customer service needs to be brought back into most of your store. If anything the ladies here should train all the other Verizon employees in how to interact with upset customers. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any location. “Best place to get furniture! Ari and his guys were so helpful through the whole process. I super super indecisive and Ari was patient and kind. I told him what I wanted and he came through. He made sure to answer all of my questions, he made sure my furniture was up to par, and even went out of his way to find me my matching recliner. The delivery guys were awesome they were careful, and friendly. Even tried to help me some interior designing. If you’re looking for a place to get some furniture this is the place to go!
