The last computer he built for me had no problems and after about six years we knew we needed to update our windows 7 since the updates will expire next year. He completely updated our computer by installing Windows 10, cleaned out the unnecessary garbage and installed the latest anti virus and malware protection. He even installed a remote control function that when activated, he helped me solve a driver function for my printer that I mistakenly downloaded. I dropped off the computer to his business site and he had everything up and running in a few days. I hope he never moves his business from Maple Grove. He has stabilized 100+ year old instruments that we thought might not be able to be saved. My appointment was for 12:30, I got there at 12:10 and was told I couldn't check in until 5 minutes before. At 12:25 I was promptly checked in & at 12:35 a rep came over to go over my request. We ended up shipping my macbook in for a repair and I left the store around 12:45 (so a total of ~35 minutes in the store).
