“Do not understand the bad reviews. Clean, new almost state of the art facility with some of the nicest check in people I have met. Dr. Par is also highly personable and very intelligent and doesn't waste your time like some other places I have been. The nurses could stand a few lessons in the human touch as most of them had the personality of a soggy piece of bread. I am a bit unorthodox as a patient sure because I study and know my stuff. I also have no time for control freak nurses who won't let you go for a smoke when all you are doing is waiting on a CT report and are otherwise perfectly fine and ambulatory. Otherwise would have given 5/5. Nice place would recommend. Don't go to ER's for drug seeking behavior!”

“Absolutely a 5 star provider. My mother passed just before the FEB 2021 deep freeze and blizzard. Most everything had been setup with what could be done in advance months prior. Mom showed no signs of illness but passed in her sleep peacefully but it was sudden. I would recommend doing as much as possible ahead of time even if there is no anticipation as it makes things so much easier. Amidst the freezing weather my nephews drove down from Michigan. Simple Cremations allowed a Sunday viewing which was a treacherous drive in a blizzard but they were very accommodating. All three of our primary contacts were perfect. Amanda our main person helped us handle the details and assisted in writing the obituary page which they have a really nice provision for that and allow photos and posting provision. Jackie the, attendant to our viewing, was great and met our wishes with a nice visit. Charlene who we met for pickup and completion was equally as caring and thoughtful. Even though we did not meet the staff that prepared Mom's hair clothing and makeup, it was perfect and I would expect the rest of the staff is just as attentive to detail. Thanks so much for making things easier. I highly recommend doing what you can in advance. Thanks to you all!”
