I have been visiting this store for years and every time I feel appreciated and welcome by the entire team. I currently live in GA. When my batteries stop working, I wait until I visit VA to take my watches to this store to get my watch batteries replace with their life-time battery policy. And I have about 7 watches listed in their system for life-time battery replacement. It doesn't matter for me; I will drive hours to get my watches service at this location.
