“This is a great place! I am a part of the LGBTQ+ plus community, and this dance studio was so welcoming. The instructors and dance community here are super nice and friendly. I was pretty nervous about pole dancing at first, but the welcoming staff and other dancers made me feel comfortable. I’m excited to come back with my sister and friend to dance some more. 🤩”

“Came in with a friend who's a member to do a morning workout, the lady working the front was very sweet and friendly. Checked us in and I noticed right away how clean everything was, went upstairs and saw all the different workout machines available to use. TV's, a small lounge area by the windows, an Olympic sized swimming pool with a lifeguard. The workout area was clean and there were a few people working out. There's signs listed on the machine's asking to sanitize before and after your use, which I did... however did not see others doing the same before getting on or switching to other workout machines so I would highly suggest to wipe down before and after as a common courtesy since others do not. An employee was vacuuming the area and smiled. All in all this Y is a really good place to be apart of and would highly consider getting a membership of my own to the Y”

“I have been taking private Pilates lessons at Integrative Fitness Pilates for about 20 years. I first worked with Susan who was very well trained, knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful. Across the room I always saw Linda working with her clients. She was also obviously a very knowledgeable and well trained instructor. Her clients clearly respected and adored her. When Susan moved out of the area, my first thought was, will Linda be able to fit me into her busy schedule? Luckily she did, and the instructor I admired from across the room is now my instructor. I trust her implicitly. I will do whatever she tells me to do. Her immense knowledge, training, and experience put her in a league of her own. She has helped me with my posture, my core, and virtually every part of my body. When I am out and about doing my daily routine, I hear her voice in my head telling me to stand up straight, head back, tighten core, etc. Linda has been instrumental in helping me to maintain and build strength, and to be cognizant of my posture, breathing, balance, etc. I am extremely grateful to her and appreciative that I am lucky enough to be her client.”

They have Zumba, and there are about 3 or 4 instructors who by the way are all great, each with their own style and their own sparkle. Zumba strong, and if you have the same taste as me, or you like adrenaline and challenging yourself, there are exercises with weights. Each day of the week different parts of the body are worked. And that is not all, apart from the fact that they have exercises to choose from, there are also different schedules, where it is easier for you to give yourself your time of LOVE for yourself. They have classes 6am, 9am, 6pm and 7pm.”
