“I’ve been going to Day 1 for well over a year and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I used to do 24 hour and Planet Fitness, and those were great but I didn’t really know what I was doing and it was hard to be motivated to push. Coach Cait has been such an inspiration and huge help in my fitness journey. She’s knowledgeable, supportive and so much fun. The community at this gym is something I didn’t know I needed and now can’t live without. We all have so much fun together and I have some really great friends come out of it. And there’s no “macho bro” feeling there. Just people of all fitness levels who want to be healthy and have fun working out. If you’re looking for a new gym, at least come check us out. You might find a new home like I did.”

For someone who was so active from the time I could walk and playing all the sports under the sun, working out at least 5 times a week and then going into a much more sedate life style, restarting working out was HARD. “Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you. There are so many different machines and equipment to use, and its very clean and sanitary. Great energy, and it was truly a lot of FUN! Thank you for this wonderful experience!”

The 24 hour access makes life so much easier when my schedule is out of whack, too. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are on point.
