“if you are truly dedicated or even just starting out they have someone who is there to help. they have a lot of equipment and extra amenities like sauna, steam room, cold plunge, provide shakes/snacks that actually taste good. the environment is energetic and engaged. i’ve looked around on pricing at near by gyms and they are more than affordable as well. you really can’t beat it! only downside is hours, wish they had 24hr option and some of the equipment is to close to each other but otherwise my first choice!”

“Great people and exactly what I needed. Not large or fancy but has all the necessities when I visit Tonto. 24x7 access too. Update: if it ain't broke... I believe they have added a few more machines but again, the same as before, it's a nice little gym available 24/7 with a code and it drives everything I need. If your visiting and need to maintain your goals, give them a call. You can pay for a day pass and do your thing. Love it, recommend it and so thankful it's here.”

“We Love coach Ashley (arlington location) ! The manager and coaches are super sweet, kind and caring! My little Dino hurt her arm doing a routine seat drop on the trampoline. They called me twice a day to check in my little Dino, and relayed the information to all the coaches. Communication was very top notch! “I love this gym. Been a member here for over a year now since I moved west. Love the entire staff except for today. Call this petty, but I appreciate greeting when you enter a gym. If not that, at the VERY minimum be attentive. Not stuck in your phone so deep that you literally make eye contact with someone, they make it a point to say “HI” and you barely open your mouth. You gen Z’er take your entitlement somewhere else. No need to been rude and not do your job because you having a day. Again, I felt bad writing this but I love this place and the people that work here I hold in high standards. Love to Angel, but this one hire, the little pale girl with the black hair maybe should be in a different position. Just my two cents. Thanks.”

“What a wonderful experience! We attended a goat yoga class while on a girls' trip. Our ages ranged from 68 down to 8 months. None of us came with yoga experience. We had the BEST time!! It was such an accepting, inviting, inclusive environment. The goat interactions were facilitated by a goat handler who guided the bouncing baby goats through the room so that everyone had equal opportunities to interact with the goats while her daughter led the yoga class. It was pure joy! We all left feeling uplifted by the serotonin and dopamine boost! Would highly recommend this experience!”
