When they called to let me know when it would arrive, I was more than pleasantly surprised when they said they had reached out to stores and found one a ways out, but that the owner of the store was driving to get it and would have it by days end, rather than in a week or two. I had to pick up other items for projects and Everyone in the store offered the highest level of service. Scott was incredibly helpful in finding the bigger item. Would give an extra star for going over and above if I could.”

“This was my first time using Starr Cleaning for my apartment carpet and my little area rug. Between my teenagers and little dog, it was just time to get it cleaned and smelling fresh again. Raul came and was super kind and professional. He was done really quickly. When i made my appointment they let me choose the time of day that worked best. On day of cleaning i got updates from Raul when he was on his way which was great since i work from home. The carpet looks great and smells good. The service was super affordable and the products they use are safe for my animals which was incredibly important to me. I will definitely be using them again for my annual carpet cleaning!”

So I finally call Tacoma Strew and a guy answers and I sheepishly ask him if he had any "Countersunk finish waters to fit A2-CS stainless steel 6mm srcrews." The guy says, "Yeah we got 'em; but only in stainless stee,l" which is exactly what I needed. This was while the guy was walking around in the warehouse. The track was very solid and the durability was illustrated by a video of the installer and his son doing pull ups on the installed product! Talk about tough! The installation videos were very helpful as well as the documentation that accompanied the track. The installation is solid, the rollers glide as smooth as glass and I could not be happier with their product. I went to Home Depot and their supply of lawnmowers at this time in the fall season was limited. Plus the customer service person who helped me wasn't really trying to give me any additional options, so that didn't leave a great impression in my mind with this particular experience 😖 I decided to go check out Dunn Hardware and was glad I did. They only had one brand they were selling at this time;however, the very helpful man was able to tell me about the brand and its overall reliability. He wasn't just trying to sell me the product just to make a sale, he was letting me know I was getting a good mower for a good price. That experience was something you don't get at the larger retailers. I purchased the EGO LI-N electric lawnmower and I'm happy with my purchase. He reminded me to go online to register my mower for the warranty and helped me take the box out to my car. I would recommend anyone who needs equipment to check out Dunn first and you'll be surprised with the great service and cost 😊”
