“Have always hated superstores in general....too big with too much merchandise. Touching up our rental during vacancies has made me fall in love with Home Depot. A recent visit for vertical blind slat replacements were cut 1/4" too long to great disappointment which led me to the Magnolia location. Matt in windows coverings did a precision cut exactly to the template, and double checked the length to ensure accuracy, a simple quick step the previous rep failed to do. Giving that little extra is a big leap to customer satisfaction.”

“I usually shop at the Tractor Supply in Dallas, but they didn't have any ducklings in. I called the Douglasville store and the employee on the phone was polite and helpful. They had ducks and chicks, so I headed over. It's really a nice little store. I think it's a bit smaller than the Dallas location, but walking around it also seemed like they had a better selection of some things. Holly, the employee who got the ducks and chicks was very helpful, and kept asking questions to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a great experience overall and I just might start shopping here instead of the Dallas store.”

“Where else is the owner going to put together a new water shut off stem to fit something from the 1950s and do it on the spot! This guy has stuff that other plumbing supply and hardware stores don’t have. If you need an odd nut or bolt walk in show it too him and he’ll grab you one. You don’t have to walk 10 miles searching through a giant store to get what you need. His prices are fair too! This store is part of what makes Alton special, he does a giant service to his community and places like this are a National treasure, not many left. Go do business at Bo’s hardware and you’ll find out what the good old days were about!”
