“I've visited Simms on multiple occasions because they are very close to my home so it's convenient and one of their employees is my neighbor. That doesn't in any way sway my reviews though as anyone that knows me can tell you that I call it like I see it. I've always found exactly what I needed at this store. They greet you as if your family. I don't usually ask for a veterans discount when I go in a store but the cashier here saw that I was wearing a cap that had USAF on it and asked for my VA card and applied the discount. I went to 2 of the big name stores that offer veterans discounts and found out that the discount doesn't apply to lumber? Go figure... they are lumber companies. Very friendly atmosphere at this store, they treat you with respect, prices are reasonable, store is always clean. They will get all of my business!”

“The store recently reopened after COVID-19. There is a new rep working in the store by the name of Jonathan Williamson who has went above and beyond to make sure a rather difficult situation was handled with the utmost professionalism and exceptional customer service. I had a bad experience with the movers, and their customer service was lacking; as well as their moving experience. Some of the issue was possibly out of their hand but they were rude. Jonathan was so wonderful, I do plan on purchasing from Modshop again because the craftsmanship of their sofas is high quality, beautiful and comfortable and Jonathan is part of the reason I will continue to be a customer. He was super nice and made sure I left as happy as I could in a situation that was out of his control. He shows that 1 person can truly make a difference in the perception of a company,and that a pleasant attitude is how you keep customer retention!”

“I have used All Purpose Plumbing on multiple occasions, always for different concerns/leaks/problems, and they are SO professional. The plumbers come uniformed, which I always find reassuring when letting someone into our home. They are always kind, respectful, take their shoes off, explain what the problem and solution are, give a good faith estimate, and always communicate if there’s a change to the plan. The receptionist and answering service is also so quick to answer and reply back, when needed. We had to get another bid for insurance purposes, and All Purpose Plumbing came in at 85% of the cost of the other company. They’ve been able to come out the same day, and the work was completed in a couple hours. I could not sing their praises any louder. I will ALWAYS call All Purpose Plumbing first.”

“Not my local store but swung in driving by!! And I gotta say it's one of the most well stocked of ALL the Dollar Store's I've been in. Gave it 4🌟s only because they also didn't have the item I've been hunting for in EVERY store I hit!!! BUT it ISN'T their fault as they are 3 trucks/orders behind in stock!!!😳 As with most places, their orders are stuck in a cargo ship in a port just waiting🙄. By no means their fault!!! Staff was really great and helpful. Had a fundraiser going on and REALLY good, fresh, cakes 🍰🎂 for sale!! Homemade, by the store manager!! $5-$6 and beyond worth it!! I'll definitely make the drive to THAT store again!! It was clean and nothing laying out on the floor just waiting to get put up!! ZERO boxes laying all over like most places!!
