They took over the build when it was still in the rough stage, as I had to fire my previous builder, who made me completely miserable and almost did me under financially. NJW was up for the challenge, and immediately turned things around and got the build moving again. They are good at communication, and have smooth relationships with both building inspectors and subcontractors. They did a great job of interpreting my vision with features that were stylish, but still maintained my budget. They are certainly not at the low end price-wise; but, for your money, you get clear, consistent communication,, a competent team approach, and quality construction. I know, because I lived out-of-state during my entire build, and relied heavily on phone and internet. And, they were able to build me a great home in even less time than their predicted end date. Eric, also super great guy, cleaned our foyer, stairs, my sons room and my grandmother’s room. We had a few dark stains and they were able to remove them all. Very fast, great cleanup, VERY good prices!! So much better than anyone we’ve ever used. “As someone in their thirties who has never read music or played an instrument before, I feel so fortunate to have found a talented harp teacher in Kaffee. She is extremely patient, explains things in an understanding way, gives realistic advice, and is fun to talk to. I started taking lessons four months ago, and despite my busy corporate job and occasional lack of practice, I have been able to progress confidently with playing a variety of songs. Her lesson book is great for learning different harp skills, though you may want some more songs to practice in between as the lessons can move quickly from one new skill to the next.
