“Many years ago we had David with Int-Ex Home Solutions repair water damage on a ceiling. We were impressed by the work especially fixing a textured ceiling. Later on he painted our entire first floor and after the Tornado in 2017 he replaced our exterior wood siding as well as painted the entire house. We have used this company many more times since for various other work. His team is respectful, does an amazing job cleaning up after the work and the estimates were always spot on and reasonable. David and his team have worked this past week diligently after my husbands and my schedule to meet a deadline we had. We had further water damage, painting, drywall repair and floor replacement. “Pretty solid experience from the sales staff member I worked with through to the delivery and set up of the item I purchased. The sales staff member I worked with listened to me and my wishes and gave suggestions accordingly. It was refreshing to not have someone trying to upsell me on items I didn't want or added fee based services that are unnecessary (experiences in other stores right now). Today the delivery folks were quick, efficient, and kind, it was all over before I realized it. The only reason I have it at 4 instead of 5 is the experience with some of the more junior members of staff. Like the Ashley's next door, some of the more junior floor sales staff need a little more experience with customer service and their ability to read the signs of customers as they shop. I had been in to Furniture Mart a number of times in a small span of time and the people I speak of were a little heavy with the pressure and hovering a bit too much to be helpful instead of their lingering presence.”

“I took my FJ Cruiser to Trax for a 3" suspension lift, 17" wheels, 33" tires, and new running boards. When I walked in the door, I had a basic idea of what I wanted but really didn't have any specific ideas with regard to style of wheels, tires, etc. Ryan was extremely helpful and patient. He gave honest opinions and after listening to a description of what I wanted he literally pulled up the perfect set of wheels on his first attempt. Then we moved to tires, where once again he nailed it on the first attempt to show me a set of tires. He asked great questions about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and then suggested the right suspension. After all that was set, I mentioned that I didn't like my existing running boards, so once again he asked a few questions about what I needed and then pulled up the perfect set of running boards online. He quoted a price that stayed within my price range and set a date for the work to be completed. I was so impressed with the quality of work, along with the fact that they stuck to the original price quote and timeline. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price they said they would do it, and finished it on time. I HIGHLY recommend Ryan and his team at Trax Customs.”
