“This was the best experience I've had since I began getting mammograms. From the beginning, the receptionists set the tone of making what could be a stressful time, feel enjoyable. And I mean let's talk about the view, shall we? Who couldn't be happy with that view? The imaging tech was even more sweet. You can tell everyone knew their jobs well, enjoyed doing their jobs well and it seemed they actually enjoyed each other. “My fiancé needed extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. We have spent months trying to get him in somewhere. The dental services department’s was able to get him in the next day, we were a bit nervous considering all of the negative reviews. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with this hospital. All of the staff was polite and very friendly, even making jokes and helping him stay calm before his procedure! The nurses and doctor were helpful and seemed experienced and wanted to help. It wasn’t sparkling clean or state of the art like some newer hospitals, but was not disgusting like described in other reviews. There was no bad smell or clear neglect of cleaning procedures. I can’t say anything about the emergency department other than what we saw walking past. Not many people waiting and it appeared to be clean. It’s like any hospital you go to, probably under staffed and over worked employees that are doing the best they can. In all this craziness, the hospital still managed to get us in right away and give us a pleasant experience.”

“Funny enough, I made my appointment at this location on accident. I meant to go to a different location, one I’ve been a patient at for 20 years. When I realized my mistake I thought “oh well, I’ll switch back for my next appointment.” I am grateful for my mistake and I will continue to be seen at this location exclusively. “I fractured my elbow in 3 places, which required surgery. I made the choice to recover at Jackson North's rehab center. I went 3 times a week for 6 weeks and then down to 2 times a week for the remaining 6 weeks. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My Occupational Therapist, Katrina, was AWESOME! She explained everything to me; how my bones were supposed to work and how they were actually working. She challenged me during sessions to reach beyond what I would have done on my own, but she did it in such a calm nature that I was not intimidated at all. I do not know if I would have made as much progress as I did with her. I was sad to "graduate" but also excited that I made great progress and was ready to be released. The rehab facility was very nice and very clean. The equipment looked new and, if it looked a few years old, it was well kept. Not only did Katrina clean each piece of equipment before and after I used, but I saw all the other therapists do so as well. Everyone was super friendly even though I was not their client. And though I dealt with the rehab center, I must say Ms. Betty, who checked me in at security, was fun to see every time. She was always in a great mood. I would definitely recommend the Rehab Center to anyone!!!”
