“This place saved my life. I had a “silent heart attack” which also was so severe that it’s called the widow maker heart attack. I felt something was wrong because my heart would beat erratically at the gym. Spoke with my VA Primary Care Physician and requested an EKG to see what was wrong. After arguing and disagreeing for 6 months, I just went to the base ER. I thought the attending Physician was going to have have a heart attack himself! He was wonderful! Within two weeks, Dr Shaw in Cardiology had me set up for a quintuple bypass (though I ended up only needing double bypass) and was well on my way to recovery. It’s been three years, my heart is in fantastic shape. If I had not gone to the base ER, I WOULD NOT BE ALIVE TODAY! Thank you all for an outstanding job. As a side note, I contacted the Hospital CO and relayed my experience and asked that the doctors involved be given, at the very least, a meritorious letter - I don’t know if they were. I did however, bring the ER Doctor, my Cardiologist, and my Thoracic Surgeon each a an expensive bottle of single malt scotch. I think they more than earned it!”

“Needed a new PCP and my neighbor recommended a doctor at this facility. ALL of the staff are amazing and super helpful. Front desk is super efficient and helpful. Waiting room is nice and roomy with plenty of space for those waiting to spread out. Nurses and physicians were kind and thorough. We didn't feel rushed. On site lab for blood and other tests. Great at returning phone calls.”

“Called in Nov to schedule a service call. First available time slot 12/15 between 8 & 1 with tech calling 20 min before arrival. Kevin, our service tech, arrived well within his 20 min notification. He was fully masked, removed his shoes, spread a drop cloth to protect the carpet and went to work. We asked Kevin to discuss the advantages of adding a handheld remote control to allow us more flexibility in operating our fireplace and as a result of his informative presentation, we decided to add the remote. Kevin was very professional, polite and thorough in his job performance……… a tech every potential customer hopes will show up! We feel 5 stars does not do justice to Kevin……..he’s a definite 8!”

My dad was there and everyone was amazing, from the doctor who referred him (Dr. José Guzmán), doctors that performed the surgery and staff that took care of him in the ICU and recovery area. Nurses Rick, Claribel in ICU, Angela physical therapy, Dr. Rick physical therapy, Julia Manager nurse in recovery, she was great. Nurse Chris. To many names to name. Everything, everyone was great. The class they teach to take care of you love one at home. Awesome!”

It’s an Experience I never forget, everyone there had a role, and they all communicating throughout the Delivery process some passing some of their tools and others receiving and putting away things needed and not needed⚜️?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⚜️ I Greatly appreciate how one of the Ladies there was showing me the Placenta and its functions and that it’s the only disposable organ. The front side of the Placenta feeds from Mommy while the back side has Umbilical Cord that goes to feed the baby ? ?⚜️ ⚜️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To All the Nurses, Nurse Midwife, Midwife, Doctors, Physicians, Pediatricians, Translators, Senior Office Clerk, House Keeping, And everyone that has been working on little or a lot on this Maternity Department, You All have my Respect for working with such Passion and a beautiful smile while doing it. ⚜️Thank you All for showing me, how really Team Work should be.
