“My friend was sent there for treatment from deep burns and they were fantastic in their care for him. I brought a meal and a box of protein drinks and bars to help his healing. The things were in his room by the time I got to window and they helped him in what he was unable to do. No visitors allowed because of covid out break. “I was impressed! This was my first visit to this facility in Carrollwood and I was very impressed by the cleanliness & the waiting area was very open. The intake staff or representative was very efficient and pleasant and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The nurse was also efficient & polite. The PA that I met with, Jennifer, was very helpful regarding my issues as well as doing the testing and explaining everything. She was a very good listener and sent in a prescription, prior to my knowledge, regarding one of my issues.In spite of why I was there, it was a very pleasant experience.”

“The baby place staff is amazing and the facility isn't bad. My wife had both our daughter here and everyone was kind and thoughtful and attentive during our stay. The only reason I took one star off is the health care advocate that showed up our second day of limited sleep asking for 5700 dollars. Also the paperwork they showed my wife and I didn't have the correct procedure and was for labyrinth followed by an emergency c-section. We had a schedule c-section. Moral of the story I felt this person came into our room under the disguise of being our health advocate but was really a collection agent for the hospital taking advantage of new sleep deprived parents.”

“What can I say to describe the experience without belittling the amazing support staff, nurses and every single person I met and interacted with in my 3 day stay. The facility in itself is very clean and very well maintained. My room had everything I needed and everything worked as expected. Dr. Breed saved my life and for that I’m forever grateful. The staff was just amazing by doing all they could to provide comfort and make my stay as pleasant and easy as possible. While the circumstances of my stay were not cheerful, the care, patient and constant attention from everyone, made my stay a positive experience. The fact I’m still alive also helps. I’m thankful and grateful for their incredible professionalism and care. In an unfortunate case, I will surely return.”
