My husband was very well taken care of and treated like family and thanks to the pay-it-forward house I was able to stay close to my husband while he was hospitalized. This makes a world of difference when you loved one is so far from home. The respiratory therapist were very knowledgeable and helped explain their process throughout their daily routine. “I had Dr Roland Jamesin the ER. He was an amazing doctor and lucky to have him. Even with me not in my best mood this doctor was there. He even made sure my injury was completely covered which helped alot. He took time to talk to me and the nurses were great. I'm a medically retired medic after16v years and I would of been humbled If I could of worked with theses worderful nurses and doctor. “After our visit we realized we had locked the keys in the car with some bad luck..But multiple staff members waited with us while the lock smith came. They helped search everywhere for the keys and brought the kids snacks while we waited. This was after hours I will mention..I’m sure they wanted to go home to their families after a long work day yet they stayed with us over a half hour past 6..speaks highly of the type of people that work there! Awesome people who really care!”

“I really appreciate Dr. Favilli and Gonzalez. They are good doctors. However, I seem to constantly have issues with the ladies working the front desk. I've told them to cancel an appointment 3 times. Twice over the phone and once in person. I kept getting reminder calls and then a call to tell me I missed the appointment that I cancelled. This has happened twice. I've also shown up to find I wasn't put on the schedule even though I had made an appointment and had an appointment card written by them. I've never encountered this level of difficulty making or cancelling appointments before anywhere else.”

“I have to say Dr. Kovich the dermatologist there is definitely over a five star. She is caring, understanding and takes time with her patients. I have to note the pediatricians there are nice but the office is very VERY disorganized. They did not keep track of both of my sons shot records and I feel they may have given my eldest a few shots he had already taken. I am not happy. I moved both my children to foxborough pediatrics specialists and I am beyond satisfied with them. Dr. Chris Giuliano is amazing with my kids and the office is very organized. They have a 4.2/5 star for reviews. ????????”
