I don’t remember the names of the staff members who assisted me but one was a woman, and two older gentlemen. Very helpful and accomodating; instead of repairing a sweater I brought in I was given a credit, which to me is even better, I can choose something new. “Kevin had done service for me in the past before he and someone else opened this company. I do always find Crestron service very expensive at it's a bit of a captive market and the skills are unique, but for better I worse I have Crestron at my house. They came out today on a service call, charged $140 an hour to troubleshoot and repair the problem. Price wasn't free, but quality of service was excellent and they were very fast. Experience matters - if you have Crestron, these guys are probably the right choice.”

They sized it for me, helped me pick the perfect setting, and worked with me to find a simple payment plan. I’ve heard negative things about jewelry stores my whole life, but Marc Samuels totally proved me wrong. 11/10 recommend.”
