“This is a late post, but I have to write this review. I was extremely satisfied with the service that was provided through S&S rug cleaners. I have a beautiful rug that is a nightmare to clean and it requires a specific technique. So you can just have someone come and shampoo it. S&S came and picked up my rug and took it to their facilities where they cleaned it properly and then dropped it off for me right before the holidays. I was so happy to see how they were able to make my rug look like new again. I highly recommend this company Thank you guys”

He is friendly and really professional. He suggested a few things I could do to improve the urine odor. I was not too worried about an excellent job because I am replacing the carpet in a few months.
